Rules for executing and submitting a manuscript to a scientific publication
Manuscript language: Ukrainian, Russian, English. German.
- The manuscript of the article should be submitted to the editorial office in the following form: a manuscript file, which is sent to the e-mail address of the editorial office This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in the format “Author-Name-file.doc”
- The manuscript of the article, signed by the authors, should be accompanied with:
- third-party review (for authors without a degree) with an indication of the scientific degree of a reviewer, academic rank, position, place of work (without abbreviations), seal-certified;
- if the manuscript is published in a foreign language, the article should be accompanied by a translation made by a certified foreign language specialist (translation agency or language trainer from the Higher Education Institution);
- short annotation in the language of the article with a list of keywords. Annotation volume - up to 3000 characters (including spaces). A number of keywords - from 4 to 8;
- extended annotation (in English or Ukrainian) depending on the language of writing the manuscript of the article (Appendix 2). Annotation volume - up to 6000 characters (including spaces);
- information about the author(s) (Annex 1).
3. The article's manuscript should not contain materials prohibited for publication, since the journal is an open source of information. The author's text should not be published and translated before the previously published article. The author(s) of the article and reviewers are responsible for the content of the article and information content
4. Article submission form:
-
volume of the manuscript – 20-24 thousand characters (exception, not more than 40 characters marks), including drawings and tables;
-
number of co-authors – not more than three, as an exception – up to four;
-
the article should be prepared using Microsoft Word for Windows® (version 2003, 2007, 2010) or a compatible editor;
-
the manuscript must have a sequential numbering of pages with a free placement of numbering in the sheet;
-
sheet format – A4 (210×297), page orientation – portrait; fields: to the left – 2.5 cm; to the right – 2 cm; from above –2 cm; bottom – 2 cm; line spacing – 1.5 pt; interval between paragraphs “before”, “after” – 0 pt; indent to the right, left – 0 pt; first line indent – 1.27 cm;

figures, photographs, graphs should be inserted into the article text as an object. The position of the object – “within text”;

figures created in the Microsoft Word drawing editor should be submitted as grouped objects;
5. The text of the manuscript must be constructed according to the scheme:

UDC index in the upper left corner of the page (Time New Roman, 12 pt);

initials and surnames of authors in the upper right corner of the page (Time New Roman, 12 pt.). The order of submission: name, patronymic, surname;

degree, academic rank (Time New Roman, 12 pt.);

author's place of work, position (Times New Roman, 12 pt.)

workplace address, city, country where the author works (Times New Roman, 12 pt.)

author's e-mail (Times New Roman, 12 pt.);

title of the article – in capital letters, centred, in Ukrainian (if the language of the article is different) and in English (Time New Roman, 16, Bold). The title of the article is given without the use of specialized abbreviations, the full stop at the end of the title is not put;

The main text of the article should contain the following headings:

Challenge problem in general and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks (Time New Roman, 14 pt.);

Historiography of the question/problem – analysis of recent researches and publications, which initiated the solution of this problem and on which the author relies, allocation of previously unsettled parts of the general problem to which this article is devoted (Time New Roman, 14 pt.);

Presentation of the main research material (Time New Roman, 14 pt);

Conclusions of this research and prospects for further exploration in this direction (Time New Roman, 14 pt.).

Used sources and literature should be numbered in the List of used sources and literature and References.Literature sources cited should be numbered. The reference to the source in the text is given in square brackets according to the list of used sources and literature, for example: [12] or [12, p. 256].

The list of used sources and literature is given at the end of the article in alphabetical order in the original language, according to Harvard Referencing style (humanities and social sciences) - (http://ela.kpi.ua/bitstream/123456789/16051/22/ Harvard_Referencing_style.PDF).

List of used sources and literature are transliterated in Latin letters (References). If the scientific paper is written in a language using Cyrillic alphabet, then its bibliographic description must be transliterated in Latin letters. Paper title in Latin letters must be followed by translation into English in brackets.
- Approval for publication

The author (authors) may review the proofreading of the article. Change of layout by the author, except for errors correction, is not allowed.

Proofread corrected and signed by the author must be returned to the editorial office within two days of receipt.

The decision on the possibility of publishing an article is taken by the editorial board and independent reviewers.

A manuscript of an article that does not fully meet the above requirements is not considered by the editorial board. The executive secretary of the editorial board informs the author (authors).

A manuscript of an article that partly does not meet the above requirements may be sent to the author (authors) for revision.
Annex 1
Information about the author (authors) should be given in Ukrainian and English, and also in the language of the article, if it is different (Russian, German).
